HOUSE IMPROVEMENTS, ROSEWELL, MIDLOTHIAN.  Alterations were made and refurbishment work was carried out to an existing cottage with the intention of upgrading and modernising certain internal elements and spaces. The opportunity was also taken to introduce new openings that would provide good views to the surrounding area as well as allowing the occupants to comfortably monitor children in the garden.
       
     
 HOUSE EXTENSION, NORTH BERWICK, EAST LOTHIAN  The client's requirements were for additional living / dining space, plenty of natural light and to take advantage of the under-used south facing back garden. A spacious and bright kitchen extension was introduced with generous amounts of glass and a set of bi-fold doors that would offer the desired light levels and a connection with the garden. 
       
     
 NEW DISTILLERY, ISLE OF HARRIS, OUTER HEBRIDES  Carried out in conjunction with John R. Coleman Architects, a distillery building with visitors centre and adjacent warehouse were introduced into the village of Tarbert providing its already distinct identity with a new iconic centre piece. While also contributing to Tarbert’s economic and cultural well-being, the project provided the Isle of Harris with its first distillery.
       
     
 OFFICE FITOUT, CodeBASE, EDINBURGH CITY CENTRE  A series of projects to reconfigure and refurbish 80,000 sq ft of city centre office floor area in order to cater for the requirements of CodeBase, the largest ‘tech incubator’ in the United Kingdom. As well as providing office spaces tailored to each tenant’s size and needs, additional areas were introduced including meeting rooms, social areas, an events room and a new reception.
